I specialize in building sites on the WordPress platform. Web design is crucial if you have a business. Entrepreneurs, small businesses, non-profit organizations all have one thing in common, small budgets. That’s where I come in. I can provide an affordable alternative to those in need of simple, brochure style websites.
I will occasionally work in DreamWeaver for small sites of 10 pages or less. My focus is on aesthetics, creating attractive and functional designs that are pleasing to view and easy to navigate.
I’ve tried several different hosting companies out there for hosting my own sites as well as that of clients, and the one I keep coming back to is Go Daddy. Their support reps are highly professional, very pleasant and extremely well trained. All my registrations and hosting is done with Go Daddy. If you have an established site with another host and require maintenance services, I can definitely work with that.
My web design package(s) can include:
- Help to determine the best name for your domain (if you don’t have one yet)
- Assistance with securing registration and hosting for your domain (if this is not yet in pla)ce)
- Recommendation of easy to remember email address(es) and setup of email address(es) (if not yet set up)
- Design of pages for your site (WordPress theme based, or customized Dreamweaver template)
- Identification of keywords and implementation of those words into site (organic SEO)
- Uploading of files to internet hosting server.
- Submission to top search engines(Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.)
